Had a great experience with Oz Shut. Was apprehensive at first with them being the "big" company but had them out for a measure and quote and our sales rep was so kind and not pushy at all. We got 2 slim shutters for the front at a really great cost and amazing installation time. We had a small issue with one of them not shutting properly intermittently but they came fixed very quick. Would definitely use Oz Shut again!!

We have used OzShut twice now at two different properties and couldn't be happier with the outcome. One shutter had a motor that wasn't running smoothly after installation which was promptly replaced and there have been no other issues.

Mal came to our house for some advice and a quote for roller shutters (our first enquiry). He spent over an hour in the early evening showing samples and discussing options. He must've been dog-tired as he gave us a summary of the running around he had done that day! But absolutely on the ball with honest and straight forward advice.

Our only reference point was a quote for internal blackout blinds, the Oz-shut option was only a little more expensive but with the added benefit of protecting from heat and additional security. Deposit paid and surprisingly, a call 3 business days later, "Your shutters will be ready to install on Thursday!"

Installed by Carlos, very neat work and all cleaned up after. Just awaiting electrical connection on 3 out of 4 windows.

Thanks Oz-shut, will recommend to all and sundry!

Really happy with our experience with Oz Shut Roller Shutters. Big thanks to Mal and the team! The communication was excellent from start to finish. The installation was quick and seamless, and the turnaround time was impressively fast (A little over a week from our first consultation!) We’ve already noticed a massive difference in blocking out light and regulating the room temperature, plus the bonus in added security! We had a minor hiccup during installation where our product was scratched but the team immediately replaced our unit. Overall a high-quality, valuable product that we’d definitely recommend!

I had a roller shutter installed at the front of my home. It has made a noticable difference in temperature control and blocking out light.

The sales manager who came to provide a quote, the installer and electricians were all punctual and polite.

The entire process was easy and efficient, communication was great from all personnel. Thank you!

Got my roller shutters installed today and I am so happy with them! Big shout out to the sales consultant named Alice who got us a very good deal and has outstanding customer service! Greg the installer also was very friendly and installed the shutter in no time! Very happy and can’t wait to use them in the summer heat! 🙂

Ozshut installed 3 shutters for me in Scarborough wa

Brian who came to quote was very informative and clear with suggestions prices and available discounts .
He was polite and easy to talk to

Cisco came to install the shutters and was friendly and efficient and it took less time than expected
The installation was done on a Saturday which was very helpful as it did not interfere with my work hours.

Due to the size of the shutters I needed electrical switches and Sean and his sidekick from ‘HQ electrical and air’ came on time and did a great job.

Communication with all the personnel was friendly and easy .

The shutters look great and are easy to use
The motor warranty and the shutter warranty were also a good add on to the product .

Has been a pleasant and breezy experience doing business with Chris from OzShut. The shutters works well with sound proofing, room darkening and insulation and definitely thinking of getting more for my house. I’m really impressed with the quality you get for the price you pay. Thank you!
