At OzShut, we know Maddington well. From the family homes around Maddington Park to the busy retail precinct surrounding Maddington Central and the light industrial stretches along Albany Highway, this is one of Perth’s most varied suburbs. Our roller shutters are built with the southeast corridor in mind, offering comfort, protection, and energy efficiency all year round.
There are plenty of practical reasons Maddington locals turn to roller shutters. They take the sting out of summer heat, hold warmth in during the cooler months, and cut down road noise from arterials like Albany Highway, Roe Highway, and the Armadale rail line. They also put you in charge of light and privacy, which makes them a favourite with shift workers, anyone with a home theatre, and households on busier main road frontages.
Every OzShut roller shutter is built from durable aluminium and made to measure for your windows. With a wide range of colour options to choose from, they look as good as they perform on any home or business in the area.

We’re proud to be ProductReview.com.au award winners for 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026, thanks to the incredible feedback from our happy customers. If you’re looking for roller shutters in Perth, go with the team locals rely on – go with OzShut.
Few suburbs in Perth pack as much variety into one postcode as Maddington. You’ll find established homes on generous blocks, brand new estate builds, retail centres, and a working stretch of light industrial premises all sitting side by side. OzShut roller shutters are designed to handle that range. Whether you’ve got a brick and tile home in East Maddington, a new build in one of the recent estates, or a warehouse along Kelvin Road, we’ve got an option that fits.
Out here in the southeast, summer heat hits hard. Afternoon western sun pushes indoor temperatures up quickly and your air conditioning ends up working overtime. A set of roller shutters acts as a thermal shield over your windows, so your cooling system has less to do and your power bills come down with it.
Security is front of mind for a lot of Maddington households, especially properties closer to the major transport corridors and shopping centres. Roller shutters are a strong visual deterrent for opportunistic break-ins, and they physically guard the most vulnerable points of any home: the windows. They also keep prying eyes off your workshop, shed, or home office, which often store the kind of tools and gear that attract trouble.
Every OzShut shutter can be motorised, and we offer a battery back-up so you keep full control even if the power goes out. The slimline housing tucks neatly into your eaves so the shutters protect the place without changing the look of the home.
